Igor is a human, who runs Pitchfork Pines Preschool. He is very supportive and kind to his students. He teaches them to the best of his abilities. He is voiced by Ian James Corlett.

Igor is an elderly man, with light skin, a triangular nose, white hair slicked to the right side, turquoise eyes, white scleras, bushy eyebrows, and a white beard and mustache.
He wears a dark blue vest with bright blue outlines and three white buttons on it, a red shirt, a dark grayish-blue long-sleeved t-shirt, brown shoes, and blue jeans with white vertical stripes on them.
