To mark that a page is in need of cleaning up.

This article is in need of cleaning up. Some information might be inaccurate, unnecessary, or needs to be expanded.
TooLong
To mark that a page or section is unnecessarily long, and needs to be shortened.
"Oh bats! This is too long!"
This article or section is long and repetitive, and it should be shortened.
Any user is allowed to shorten the page or section.
Delete
Added to a page that should be deleted from the mainspace, with a reason given.
Added to a disambiguation page, when two or more articles may have similar titles.
